Megan Padalecki, an architect living in San Francisco, has written, illustrated, and self-published her first children's book, "Big Mo." "Big Mo is beautifully illustrated, fun, with subtle and not so subtle messages for children of all ages conveyed through the thoughts of a pet Iguana with an insatiable appetite. Picked up a copy for niece for her birthday and needless to say she loved it! Was a real joy to sit down and read it with her as the illustrations are really well composed and drew her into the story. Quite a few interesting and unique drawings in this book, as clearly the author is drawing off her architectural background, which should make a unique and special addition in building a childs' library.
